By navigating this website, registering an account, purchasing any subscription or license key, downloading the MIKADO client loader, or executing any associated software binaries, you ("User", "Customer", or "Licensee") unreservedly agree to be bound by every term, condition, and restriction set forth in this document.
If you do not agree unconditionally to these terms in their entirety, you are strictly prohibited from accessing our systems, purchasing licenses, or utilizing any MIKADO software. Continued use of our software constitutes irrevocable acceptance.

Strict Non-Refundable Digital Goods Policy
ALL SALES ARE FINAL: MIKADO provides intangible, cryptographically-generated digital license keys delivered instantly via automated SSL dispatch. Due to the immutable nature of digital software keys, NO REFUNDS, EXCHANGES, OR RETURNS will be granted under any circumstance once a license key has been generated or delivered.
Claims of accidental purchase, misunderstanding of system specifications, buyer's remorse, or server maintenance do NOT qualify for a refund.
Changes in your computer hardware, operating system reinstalls, or third-party game patches do not entitle you to financial reimbursement.
Temporary downtime during software kernel updates or anticheat compatibility maintenance is anticipated and does not warrant a refund. Extended downtime will be compensated with license time extensions at administration discretion.
Every MIKADO license is cryptographically locked to one (1) unique physical computer Hardware ID (HWID) upon first injection. You are strictly licensed for single-user, single-system operation.
Prohibited Account & Key Sharing Actions:
• Sublicensing, renting, leasing, selling, or loaning your license key to friends, clan members, or third parties.
• Running the loader on virtual machines (VMs), shadow cloud rigs, or multi-tenant remote desktop instances without explicit administrative authorization.
• Attempting to spoof or rotate HWID hashes to circumvent concurrent usage protections.
HWID Resets: Legitimate hardware upgrades (e.g., motherboard or CPU change) require manual review by MIKADO staff via official Discord tickets. Spammed or suspicious reset requests will be denied and may result in license termination.
MIKADO employs multi-tiered kernel-mode integrity verification, anti-tamper heuristics, and cryptographic heartbeats to protect its proprietary technology and community integrity.
You explicitly agree NOT to:
1. Disassemble, decompile, trace, decrypt, unpack, or reverse engineer any MIKADO binary, DLL, driver, or payload. 2. Attach or run debuggers (including but not limited to x64dbg, IDA Pro, Ghidra, Cheat Engine, Process Hacker, Scylla, or Wireshark) while the loader is active. 3. Dump memory segments, sniff TLS/REST communication, or construct mock authentication servers.
VIOLATION PENALTY: Any detected debugging or tampering will trigger an instantaneous hardware ID ban, account termination, and permanent revocation of all active keys without warning or refund.

Game Bans, Server Sanctions & Anti-Cheat Waiver
MIKADO is engineered with advanced stealth injection technology designed to operate seamlessly under modern server-side anticheats and native integrity hooks. However, you acknowledge and agree that:
Using third-party modifications in multiplayer servers carries inherent risk. Anticheat systems evolve continuously.
MIKADO does NOT warrant or guarantee that your FiveM or Rockstar Games accounts will remain free from global platform bans, Cfx.re bans, or server community sanctions.
You assume 100% full personal responsibility for any character wipe, inventory forfeiture, server blacklist, or hardware ban imposed on your system.
In no event shall MIKADO or its developers be held liable for any loss of game access, virtual assets, or damages arising from game bans.

Zero-Tolerance Chargeback Policy & Global Fraud Blacklist
Any fraudulent chargeback, payment dispute, unauthorized claim filed via Stripe, credit card issuer, or PayPal will be met with zero tolerance.
Automated Countermeasures on Dispute Initiation:
1. Immediate and irreversible revocation of all active and past license keys.
2. Permanent global HWID and IP blacklist across all MIKADO services and affiliated partner networks.
3. Full telemetry evidence (authenticated Google email, IP connection logs, loader injection timestamps, and acceptance of these Terms) will be forwarded directly to payment processors and merchant anti-fraud syndicates.

License Revocation & Termination of Access
MIKADO reserves the explicit right to suspend, terminate, or revoke any license key or user account at any time without prior notice if we detect or suspect:
Breach of any provision within these Terms of Service.
Harassment, threats, toxicity, or malicious conduct directed at staff or community members.
Attempting to sell, trade, or distribute loader assets or bypass instructions.
